We offer FREE DELIVERY AND INSURANCE WORLDWIDE for orders over NZ$50 and have a same day dispatch. 

New Zealand deliveries under $50 the courier and insurance costs are $6.00.
For heavier items such as crystal or mineral specimens, we reserve the right to add a freight cost depending on the weight and delivery address.  We will be happy to advise you of the freight charges prior to dispatch.

Australian deliveries under $50 the postage and insurance is $10.
For heavier items such as crystal or mineral specimens, we reserve the right to add a freight cost depending on the weight and delivery address.  We will be happy to advise you of the freight charges prior to dispatch.
Please note: as the importer of our products, you may be required to pay tax or customs duty when the item reaches your country.

Gifting to a New Zealand or overseas address :

We can send a gift from you direct to a New Zealand or overseas address.
We will gift wrap your purchase and include a small personalised card. Alternatively, you may wish to send an e-card to us, and we can then include it with your gift.

In the "Comments" window in your shopping cart include the text of your message, the name and address of the recipient you are gifting to, the date you would like the gift delivered and we will take care of the rest. This service is complimentary. No receipts will be sent with the gift but we will send you the transaction details by email.
